Applications for the 2025-26 school year are OPEN.

Fall registration closed on Sept. 15. Late fall applications may still be accepted on a waitlist basis and will be subject to a late registration fee if accepted.

Early Winter registration is open! Our Winter term begins in January 2026.

Before applying, please read and understand our policies:

Proof of Grade:

New students applying to CMC must submit proof of their current grade. This can be
any communication from school that lists your child's name and grade, such as a report card.
You will be prompted to submit proof while completing this application. We cannot process
new registrations without this documentation.

Evaluation Policy:

No-Show Policy:

If your child will be absent from class, please notify us as soon as possible. Absences without prior notice will be marked as 'unexcused.' Students with two or more unexcused absences may no longer be able to continue attending the class.

Academic Year Refund Policy:

The one-time $50 registration fee is nonrefundable and is applied once per child, per academic year. This fee is waived for families on financial aid. You may receive a refund of remaining tuition if you withdraw before the 4th class. Withdrawals after the 4th class will NOT receive a refund.

Summer Refund Policy:

The one-time $50 registration fee is nonrefundable and is applied once per child, per Summer (this is separate from the academic year fee). Families on financial aid will receive the $50 deposit after the program's completion, or if they withdraw before May 1st.

Full Summer tuition refunds will be made if a family withdraws before May 1st. Withdrawals after May 1st will NOT receive a refund.

Financial Aid Policy:

Need-based financial aid is available. Priority is given to families in need from
Cambridge and Somerville, but everyone is welcome to apply. The financial aid application
is included in the general application below. Once we receive your application, we
will email you with the details of your award.

Cambridge Math Circle Application

2025 - 2026 School Year

Thank you for your interest in Cambridge Math Circle! This form will take 5-10 minutes to complete. After submitting your application, you'll receive a confirmation email with more information about the registration process and next steps.

Before continuing, please review some of our key policies:

Academic Year Registration Fee: There is a one-time, nonrefundable registration fee of $50 per student per academic year. The fee will be included in your first invoice once enrollment is confirmed. If you are on financial aid, the registration fee is waived.

Attendance Policy: If your child has to miss a class, please let us know as soon as possible. Absences with no prior notice will be marked 'unexcused'. Two or more unexcused absences may result in removal from the program.
